Well Drilling in Jordan: Questions to Ask

When you’re thinking about well drilling on your Jordan property, there are several things to consider and questions to ask before the process begins. This is a pretty huge undertaking, so you want to be sure you understand everything about the process and what the well drilling company has to offer. Hartmann Well Drilling has a few tips:

First of all, be sure that the well driller has the correct licensing and insurance to drill the well. For example, we are licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health and a member of the Minnesota Water Well Association, the National Ground Water Association and the International Ground Source Heat Pump Association.

Next, you will want to find out more about the business’ reputation. Are they known for doing good work? Ask your family, friends and neighbors to share their experiences. (We’ve been in the business since 1932, so it’s safe to say we have a great reputation and several decades of satisfied customers!)

One of the biggest questions to consider is the price. Make sure you get an estimate in writing and don’t just go with the well driller who gives you the cheapest estimate. As the cliché goes: you get what you pay for. Then talk to the well driller about the type of well they think would be best for your property and what type of pump system will be installed. Get more information and do some of the research on your own to make sure you fully understand the process. Also, talk to them about what part you will have to play. Will they clear any trees for you and make sure the drilling site is level?

The well drilling process can be confusing. There are a lot of details to consider and a lot of questions to ask. Hartmann Well Drilling is here to help! We’ve been helping your friends and neighbors in Jordan for a long time, and we even have the testimonials to back up our claims of excellence. Read through some of them and then give us a call at (952) 758-2202 or get a free estimate.
